Deletion of Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted from our system.

How do you request the deletion of your data?

If you would like us to delete your personal data, you can do the following:

  1. Submitting a Request via Email – Please send us an email at [твой_имейл@example.com] on the topic „Deletion of Personal Data.“.
  2. Through your user profile – If you have an account, you can request to have it deleted from the „My Profile“ page in the „Privacy Settings“ section.
  3. Via Facebook (if you're logged in with Facebook) – If you signed up via Facebook, you can also request deletion through your Facebook account settings.

What happens after I submit my request?

  • We will confirm your request within 72 hours.
  • Your data will be deleted from our system within 30 days (unless otherwise required by law).
  • If you have placed orders, some of the information may be retained for accounting purposes, but it will not be used for marketing purposes.
